What mistakes have you made while caring for your baby when overtired?

I have done so many things becaus I was sleep deprived but I think the funniest would have to be: I was 30 minutes late leaving the house because my daughter was having a tempertantrum about not taking her baby doll to the doctors office. While I was explaining to her the reason why she couldn't I was diggin through a basket for some clothes to put on my son. Well, I continued arguing with her all the way out the door, in the car to the docto's office (hard-headed just like her daddy) and while we were sitting in the lobby waiting. Once I finally convinced her to end it, she went off to play with her sisters. I picked up a magazine and began reading when an older woman came up and commented on what a beautiful baby I had. I said thank you and continued reading. She, then, asked "How old is she?" I said "HE is 10 months". She looked a bit confused then said " Oh I'm sorry. It's just the frilly pink dress threw me off". I looked down and sur enough, he was looking rather perturbed in the lacey, pink dress... I was so distracted by arguing with my daughter that I didn't notice I was digging through the basket of clothes I had just washed to give to Goodwill. Clothes my daughters had long grown out of. Luckily I had an extra change of BOYS clothes in the diaper bag.
